However I've read some people impression of 3DTV Play compare to 3D Vision, that 3DTV Play doesn't give strong S-3D images.

No biggie since HMZ-T2 is only 720p natives. With 3DTV Play you're limited to 720p60Hz through HDMI. The incompatibility is under investigation. Unfortunately 3D Vision don't work with the HMZ-T2.

I suspect that nVidia just artificially blocks the stereo rendering if you dont have either their hardware or their software that you pay extra for. God! My old MTBS credentials frim over 10 years ago still work, and there are still the same guys leutering around remember - that was the platform Palmer Luckey first discussed his ideas with us! After some tinkering and trying out a few games I finally downloaded and installed the 3DTV Play and voila Everything works.

So, I have no reason to doubt it may even work on the current driver set and as this is compliant with RTX 3000 I don’t see reason it should be broken. Mind, the nvision driver originally was just a rebrand of Metabyte’s Wicked 3D driver and stayed largely untouched after nvidia’s acquisition of Metabyte.

The previously commercial software will be offered for free with the release of driver 418 in Apirl 2019. Again, I don’t have a 3000 series (yet) but archived the latest NV3d Driver from 419.35 - which installed perfectly over later drivers as a separate tool for me. Nvidia plans to include the 3D gaming software 3DTV Play with the driver release and to remove the standalone download of 3DTV from its website following the release. 3DTV is used for 3D gaming on 3D capable TVs.

Now NVIDIA has been bringing 3D to PCs for years but the latest 3DTVs don't share as much in common with 3D PC displays as you might think.
